Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return does not include the muslin bag, $3 will be deducted from your return for the packaging. If your order includes multiple items and you are not returning all of them, you do not need to return the muslin bag. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
In the case of a requested refund on a return, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund amount.
International Orders
We are unable to provide a return label for international orders. In the case of an international return, the customer will be responsible for sending the package back to Innate. The address will be given to the customer after emailed approval from a return request. We are unable to facilitate exchanges for International customers.
