Shipping policy

Shipping Times:
Innate offers Standard and Express shipping at checkout. Processing time is typically one business day and should be added to your expected shipping time.  
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Mail, all Express shipping orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority.
Once order is placed and fulfilled, you will receive tracking information for your package.
